Webinars
These tools also allow for live Q&A by voice or through a chat feed, with submitted questions mediated if required by our producers or the client team. Webinars have already proved a huge hit with clients who have large numbers of widely dispersed stakeholders, maximising the reach of communications, helping reduce travel costs and time away from the office.Conferences
Attendees can build their own agendas from relevant live events and on-demand content, as well as interacting with other attendees. And because they’re in front of their computers, presentations can be accompanied by detailed textual information for those who want to know more.
Conferences might include Award events, with nominees honoured and winners chosen live, complete with nominee films, presentations and acceptance speeches.Exhibitions
Networking
The social activity feed within our event app provides a safe and secure networking environment, whether used on a phone or within the web browser. Attendees are able to mingle, connect and message one another directly, scheduling one-to-one appointments with each other, exhibitors or sponsors.
Our virtual events often include dedicated networking time to encourage attendees to make use of these features. We can use registration data to link attendees with similar interests, setting up breakouts, video calls, group chats and appointments.
Although less secure, social media platforms provide another alternative to face to face engagement. Live tweeting allows for online discussions, asking questions or a laid back ‘Ask Me Anything’ session. Stories are a great platform to share videos and visuals of tutorials, interviews and more, with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat all having a role to play.
